VIEROL with many highlights at Automechanika

VIEROL’s ambition to provide customers in the aftermarket with a comprehensive range of perfectly customised product solutions is not only manifested at Automechanika in the cross-brand ‘EXPERT KITS+’ section. In addition to the product expertise of the quality brands VEMO, VAICO and ACKOJA, VIEROL is also innovative in the spare parts business when it comes to service. This not only refers to practical repair solutions that make it easier for workshops to identify and procure parts and conserve warehouse resources. It also includes useful service tools, such as the EXPERT KIT-FINDER developed in time for Automechanika for quick identification of repair kits, the newly launched VAICO website with many innovative products and the integrated oil finder or the new database-supported, fully automatic gearbox flushing device for first-class service in the workshop.

Trade fair highlights – products and innovations
This year, the parts experts from VIEROL will be focussing on some particularly noteworthy products and services at the trade fair stands. One of these is the newly developed repair solutions in the EXPERT KIT+ category, including parts kits for the maintenance of PureTech engines, comprehensive kits for the repair of automatic transmissions from the ZF 8HP series, contemporary solutions for exhaust gas purification, oil change kits for Tesla vehicles and new repair kits for the maintenance of Haldex clutches.

As a further highlight, the VAICO transmission experts will be presenting the further developed and database-supported ATF Expert Gear Pro flushing device for automatic transmission service to trade visitors for the first time in Hall 9. In combination with the VAICO transmission filter kits, oils with manufacturer approval and other services, the transmission specialists will be presenting the workshop with an all-round carefree package for a perfect transmission oil change service.

The automotive experts will be presenting new products in the ‘GREEN MOBILITY SOLUTIONS’ section as a good example of how up-to-date the product ranges are. In particular, application-specific spare parts for thermal management and sensor technology assemblies for popular vehicle series such as the Tesla Model 3 or VW ID3/4 are the ‘eye-catchers’ at this year’s VIEROL trade fair stand in Frankfurt.

New workshop services and practical helpers
The family-run company is also presenting an innovative digital service that provides support in day-to-day workshop operations: the self-developed and practice-orientated EXPERT KIT-FINDER. Under the motto: ‘1…, 2…, 3…, set win – 3 clicks to the repair solution’, the new EXPERT KIT-FINDER uses advanced AI technology to guide the workshop through the KIT identification process to the desired result in just a few steps. Whether via the repair case, vehicle data or application: the EXPERT KIT-FINDER provides the user with the necessary assistance directly via the chat and supplements the results with additional features.

Expert discussions at eye level and special guest
VIEROL’s modern and open stand concept emphasises personal discussions, product presentations and interaction at both stands. Here, customers and interested trade fair visitors will find ideal conditions for personal dialogue and technical discussions. VIEROL’s parts experts will be presenting highlights from the VEMO, VAICO and ACKOJA ranges on various product islands in the 300 m² exhibition area in Hall 6. In addition, new products from the ‘GREEN MOBILITY SOLUTIONS’ section will be on display with product solutions for electric and hybrid vehicles.

Pit stop for automatic transmissions – service station in Hall 9
For the first time, VIEROL will be present at Automechanika with two exhibition stands and invites interested parties to a pit stop at the transmission service station in Hall 9. Here, the transmission professionals from VAICO will show how the efficiency of automatic transmission maintenance can be increased in the workshop and bring the pit stop expertise from the DTM directly to the workshops. Everything from one box and from one source! In addition to the comprehensive and practice-orientated transmission filter sets in the EXPERT KITS+, the transmission oils ‘Made in Germany’ with manufacturer approval, the new fully automated and database-supported flushing device also ensures a perfect transmission oil change.

In addition, automotive enthusiasts and motorsport fans can look forward to a special guest with horsepower in his blood. The VIEROL trade fair stands will thus become a meeting place for top performance and innovation – values that also reflect the philosophy of the VAICO, VEMO and ACKOJA brands and will be lived by the parts professionals at Automechanika in Frankfurt.
